Reputation bug?

Hey im back! Thats 2 in a row now... cool. Well that doesn't really matter, what matters is my problem ; I cant get exalted with TUSHUI! So i'm on the fun server and i have succeded in getting exalted with every faction needed for [Pandaren Ambassador]

But i am missing one! It's Tushui Pandaren. I can't get exalted with them, I have managed to get honored by doing alliance quests (can't find more). But when i have their tabard and i do dungeons, I don't get any rep. Idk know how to finish the achivement for the http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=89785/pandaren-kite-string which sucks, because i feel like I should be able to get the in-game mounts without having to pay in the website shop for them. :(
