Reins of the Phosphorescent Stone Drake. RARE MOUNT

"Reins of the Phosphorescent Stone Drake" its an item that drops from "Aeonaxx" (http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=50062/aeonaxx) and its a 100% drop rate item but in "PANDAWOW-FUN" server, when i kill "Aeonax" i click the ncp to open the loot but it doesn't open and i can not get the mount. I had this problem at 05/07/2017 (Portugal).
