2. Problem:

After http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71479/he-softfoot uses http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143267/shadowstep on a random player and applies http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143198/garrote he just runs back to tank who was tanking him.

3. How should it work:

After http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71479/he-softfoot uses http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143267/shadowstep on a random player and applies http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143198/garrote, he should immediately use http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143267/shadowstep again to teleport back to tank.
