1. Spell: Binding Shot

2. Issue: When someone is under fear and he/she/it run out of Binding Shot he/she/it doesn't get stunned.

3. How shoud it work: When the target moves from the maximum yards he/she/it should be stunned.

4. Realm: x100/Fun

5. Priority: 1/10

Binding Shot
30 yd range
45 sec cooldown
Requires Ranged Weapon
You fire a magical projectile, tethering the enemy and any other enemies within 5 yards of the landing arrow for 10 sec.

If targets move 5 yards from the arrow they are stunned for 5 sec (3 sec PvP) and will be immune to the effects of Binding Shot for 10 sec.
