Players are using this item in macros/scripts to trigger it like a 100 times at once which causes your FPS to drop a lot (in my case from 120 to 20) 3. Realm: x100/Fun/Cross (tested today 8/16/2017) 4. 5/10 (Since I have been seeing it a lot right now) 5. Players should not use it on players or pets, the video here shows that it is for the quest purpose 6. I can't provide a proof on pandawow right now, since I don't know what's their way to trigger it more than one time to a point where it reduces the FPS.
