My friend is having this issue and we tried every single thing in that thread of having trouble,won't work. Any solutions? *I even tried to give him my files that work perfectly*

Ask your friend to restart both pc and router but I think issue should be resolved because yesterday there were general problems with the log-in of server.

 

Let me know if it worked.

Alright, please ask your friend to look at the spoiler below and to follow all steps one by one blindly.

  1. Check if your account isn’t blocked. You can see that in your control panel on website. If you have it make tread in right place on forum.
  2. Check your client folders cearfully. Delete all folders only leave DATA and WTF and of course Pandawow.exe (launcher). You can also save Interface folder but for a while move out from game folder.
  3. Important step – It’s downloading new client, in case your old one might be damaged. You should download it from official website or from our, fixed and ready to launch. Only this two clients can fit security requirements and quality. Any other client might be damaged or had viruses.
  4. Launch the game with PandaWoW.exe
  5. Enter your login and not your email address.
  6. Check your account and password in control panel on website. If you can’t access it, seems u have problem with your internet/router or provider.
  7. Also check your antivirus or any other soft for pc security. It might be blocking game or server connection. Turn off everything, restart your PC and check it. If problem is still there don’t forget to turn everything back online.
  8. If this instruction didn’t helped you, follow This rules. Open new tread in This section, if tread will not be created by rules, it might get closed without any response or help. Administration will answer it in following 1-2 days.

The first things we tried were those steps. Nothing works sir.

 

Tell your friend that he need to redownload our client again and when the download will finish he must do a force re-check in his download.

Nothing Works anymore,we are starting to give up,also the ddos attack doesn't help

It's really weird that issue still persists since as you said your friend already downloaded a new client. Did you also try to flash DNS and of course make sure that your friend isn't logging with his email address but with his username.
