• http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143431/magistrike - Calls down a burst of Arcane energy, inflicting xx.xx Arcane damage instantly and xx.xx Arcane damage every 1 sec. for 20 seconds to enemies within 8 yards.

• http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143433/unstable-blink - Teleport 1-2 times in a random direction.

 

2. Problems:

Sometimes when http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71517/korkron-arcweaver spawns and runs after players he is able to cast http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143432/arcane-shock / http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143431/magistrike while moving.

3. How it should work:

http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71517/korkron-arcweaver shouldn't be able to cast http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143432/arcane-shock / http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143431/magistrike while moving.
