Buffing behind pillar

I made this thread in response to this report, which claims that only monks have this issue.

 

Name: Blessing of Might/Kings

Problem: Raid buffs are not applied on party members if casted on yourself behind LoS.

How it should work: Raid buffs should be applied on any teammate who is in range, regardless of LoS.

You can see on this vid how the paladin casted Blessing of Might and the warlock got the buff animation too while being behind LoS.
