Weegee Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) The player is already haste capped from the Blood-lust / Heroism and doesn't gain any benefit from Kafa(Which is the haste) About agility its a primary statistic therefore it can be used whenever. Since its a macro and both of them can be used, its the same for death-knights when macro allows/allowed them to spend 2 runes at the same time. Its a server side issue since its missing either a spell queue or something else. Regardless, the player doesn't benefit from extra 4k haste, so you might as well consider it useless. If Kyure uses it in PvP then so be it, in this case he doesn't benefit at all. Edited October 23, 2017 by Weegee
