marsall Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 My brother's char "newiz" druid didnt get the arena mount for the 100 arena win we played 100 arena for the mount we counted it checked on site but he didnt got it no mail nothing.

Most likely, your brother has another character in his account which has those mounts and that's why he didn't receive the tokens to purchase mounts. Also, as I see your brother's account was banned so maybe the mail arrived in his mailbox but since he couldn't log with his account the mail disappeared. Closed
