2. Second wind normally is 6% here 3% wich I get cause it's pretty op. But i'm not getting the 3% either.

in bg's my second wind heals me +-10.000 ea tick. meaning it heals roughly 1.1% and thats with the pvp power included wich is for me atm 16,36%. the pvp power works cause it's 10k instead of 8k.

6. i'll give it a 6-7 in overall. personally a 9 since it's crucial to the prot warrior and can't function without.
