Administrators Zeox Posted December 20, 2017 Administrators Share Posted December 20, 2017 Reporting players. We've finally implemented reporting system that allows you to report other players which violate the chat rules. To report a player: Right-click on the players name in chat or Right-click the players portrait. Click "Report Player For:" Select the most appropriate option. Click "Accept". You don't need to join the forum anymore to report any slight violation, just send an anonymous report! The system works in any standard & custom channels, therefore you can report any chat violation - in the whisper, general or battleground. After the report is sent, you will not be able to see messages from the reported player (until the next re-log) (more free slots in an ignore list!). Reports can be viewed by all employees such as moderators and above, all reports will be looked into and action will be taken on those who violate our policies, every report has its own chat log that nullifies any attempts deception (fake reports). More information about reporting system you can read in the game: "Esc" - "Help" - "Report player ⚠". If there is no "Report" button in the menu, click "Report" on another player's message that was sent before the message with the violation. All complaints are checked by moderators every day. Shadrissa
Attention! We switch completely to an in-game report system. Now, chat violations will no longer be considered in the form of a complaint on the forum. If you see a violation rules of the communication in the game, use the "Reporting" function, and then GM or moderator will process it in the near time and take appropriate measures. Reports that were made at the forum will be rejected. This does not apply to violation of the rules for using cheats, bug abusing, win trading and other criteria that can not be identified by the chat.
