Leather specialization not working

Hey guys! I'm playing with my rogue lvl 90 and when i go in the spell book it says "leather specialization" not learned, see you trainer, but when i go to the trainer he has nothing to learn, is it normal? i mean, does leather spec work anyway?

Ye, it works.

You can test it urself:

• Equip full leather gear;
  
• Equip some cloth item;
  
• Change cloth item on leather item with intelligence; (for same agility)
  
• Look at your agility.
