Can you give me a SS of your problem? Does the NPC not offer it? do you have enough gold to purchase it? Have you repaired your character via the website? jobruziq Posted February 23, 2018 Author Share Posted February 23, 2018 The NPC offers it but when I click "purchase dual talent spec" the only button that appears is "goodbye" there is no purchase button.
