2. The radius is broken it does not do damage appropriate to it's full cone animation

 

3. The animation of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144969/annihilate should do correct damage equal to the entire purple cone.

For the very outta part of the cone animation I cant see a difference. However the rest of the cone is fixed.
