Elites are not the same as boss target levels...

Elites are immune to roots and slows, same as boss level targets (skull). But since frostjaw is a silence+root in one debuff, I asked if it should affect elite mobs or not.

Elite mobs and boss target levels are 2 completely different things.

Elite mobs are able to be slowed and rooted, so you can kind of answer your own question with a tad of knowledge.

What I said is; Elites tend to be immune to certain cc-abilities, which is a trait they share with bosses.
