OP mage bug (+20% passive dmg vs ele)

Issue: Spellstealing it as mage and using damage abilities does not consume Clearcasting (so you pretty much have passive 20% extra dmg for 15 sec)

 

What should happen: Spells should consume it

 

Realm: All

 

Priority: 10/10

 

ps: If someone want to, they can find videos from retail zzz

 

maybe it shouldn't grant the mage dmg increase? someone please correct me if im wrong

Mage spells doesn't consume any stacks and i think it doesn't affect damage.
