Mistaken ban for speed hack

hi, admin. I was mistakenly banned for speed hacking. please unban my charater Bearbrandd a horde panda warrior.

I was playing BG and the connection was quite bad, the damages and skills were so delayed so after few minutes all the skills the I did automatically casted like dashing and jumping around the BG when the internet connect back to normal and after that I was disconnected and I can't logged in anymore, I checked the dashboard and it says that I was banned for speed hacking. Consider my request admin, please unban me. Thank you.
