Of course the comparison isn't perfect here. But it is off.

It shouldn't even proc when at full hp. It should not spawn a mastery sphere on overhealing. It should only have a chance to summon a sphere when you heal an inured target.

 

I'll test in a duel tomorrow when I have time.

there is nothing to test really. It is clearly stated that it will proc nearby an injured ally. Perhaps rng needs tweaking for that certain scenario, however it needs to get completely 0.00 if everyone is full HP.

 

What I am saying is I will display proc chance on injured targets....

There is custom chance for most HoTs.

The 10% chance is a base chance. Updated Gift of the Serpent proc scalars based on specific ability:

 

[Renewing Mist]: 0.15

[Chi Wave]: 0.25

[Zen Sphere] (Periodic): 0.25

[Zen Sphere] (Detonate): 0.15

[Chi Burst]: 0.15

[soothing Mist]: 0.3

[soothing Mist (Statue)]: 0.15

[Enveloping Mist]: 0.2

[uplift]: 0.25

[Revival]: 0.15

[Eminence] (Self and Xuen): 0.2

[Eminence (Statue)]: 0.1

[Chi Torpedo]: 0.15

[spinning Crane Kick]: 0.1

 

So, let's say you have 20% mastery, then proc chance for Renewing Mist will be 20 * 0.15 = 3% per tick. For Soothing Mist 20 * 0.3 = 6%.

Declined. If someone will find a proof that proc chance should be the same as % of mastery, just make a new thread.
