Issue: When in http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115070 whilst getting buffed by http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=165762/horn-of-winter , http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=6673 , http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=19506 , http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=30809 or any other Attack Power buffs, the monks Attack power should be turned into spell power.

What should happen: The monks Attack power should be turned into spell power when in http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115070. In conclusion this should result in a 10% increase in Spell Power.

Priority: 9/10 important for monk players in regards to healing output.

 

Comments: As said in the tooltip for http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115070 Attack power is equal to 200% of spell power.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

When playing with a Warrior and Mage FOR EXAMPLE, the http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=6673 should NOT be stacked with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=130958/arcane-brilliance.

to clear it up so the devs dont get confused. he's talking about the sp bonus from Battle Shout while in Stance of the Wise Serpent, not the actual attack power buff.
