In most of the cases, players are confused and they can't understand when someone insulting their relatives, provoking or in fact they just type something stupid for your mom just to annoy you, the last one isn't bannable. Remember that if someone won't mention something about your relatives even if it's too obvious to you we can't punish him. Also, keep in mind that you can always put this character in your ignore list. but the next day he is online again If he really violated rules when you reported him then he got punished since we check each report closely but our server has a feature which allows you to unban your account so he might used that. Read the rules for reporting. From now on we don't accept reports for chat violations in forums so if you want to report someone for such thing you need to use the in-game report system.
