Renewing Mist does not benefit from haste. at 4719 haste without any buffs, Renewing Mist should have 11 ticks.

10/10, essentially missing 6,119.85 on Renewing Mist

You have 12.41% haste, Renewing mist have 11 ticks at 16.65% haste.

The 4719 haste rating from the link in #1 post doesn't include Stance of the Wise Serpent bonus.
