The 3rd boss from Black Temple 25n called https://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=22841/shade-of-akama is supposed to be unlocked if you kill the minions that are around the boss. 2. There are only a few kill-able minions, the rest are passive and they can't be killed, therefore you can't kill the boss or continue the instance. 3. As soon as you killed the minions, the boss would have unlocked and been ready to get slaughtered. I don't know what had happened, but this boss was working just fine months ago but now it isn't do-able.
