Names were used by a program!

I deleted 1 char on Pandawowx100 from 2017 a few days ago. After creation of a new toon on the same account, the name was taken by a level 1 chars. I tested it again and deleted the next bank char and the name was immediately reserved after again.

 

Finally I opened the armory, deleted the 3rd char and saw 1 sec after deletion how a level 1 char appeared. The 3 names were Ivex, Ivexz, Jadez.

 

This can't be a coincidence, it must be a program which creates a level 1 char on a foreign account and uses the name. It's unlikely that a bot program is testing names. I suppose that pandawow contains a bug in scripts which creates "ghost chars" after the deletion of old chars. If I delete the next char, it would also be creating a next level 1 char immediately after the extinction.

 

It never happened on other servers, just here in 3/3 tests. My interests aren't the names, I just want an answer what happened and will it happen again in future?

 

Imagine that I transfer a char from alliance to horde and got the announcement after the transaction that the same name is used by a level 1 char which was created while transaction was active and reserved the name; I have to rename.

1) I checked if there is a character called 'shamanguyx':

2) Then I created a character in-game called 'shamanguyx':

3) After that I deleted character 'shamanguyx' and website once again shows this character does not exist:

Only logical explanation I have is that there were 2 characters in PandaWoW Database called (Ivex, Ivexz, Jadez). How? Because of this.

Before you buy any kind of service which involves name change, check character database if your nickname is currently used only by your character.
