A rule is a condition that must be fulfilled by all participants in a particular action (c)

 

The general provisions are collected below and the server policy is described in general terms. To find out the criteria for how we evaluate individual cases of violations of this policy, read the Criteria for Punishments for Violations in the game on PandaWoW servers. It lists the most common violations and punishments that can be expected for these actions.

 

 

 

1. The official policies within PandaWow.

 

1.1. Administration reserves the right to make direct changes anywhere within the community and can change the rules without notifying the players.

1.2. By confirming the registration when you joined, you automatically agree and understand the rules.

1.3. All players must keep up to date with the rules at all times and failure to do so is the player's fault.

1.4. The administration is not liable for any damage which may have been caused by any of the services that Pandawow offers.

1.5. Administration is not liable for the temporary or permanent inaccessibility to play on the server for a specific person or a group of people.

1.6. Administration reserve the right to remove any access to any of the services within Pandawow without reason at any time.

1.7. Only the owner of the account is responsible for the actions done on that account, regardless of who committed the offence.

1.8. Punishments determined by the administration depend on the gravity of the offence.

1.9. Administration is not responsible for any actions which has resulting a player losing their account due to their own fault.

1.10. In an event of a server crash the administration will work as fast as possible to restore all services.

 

2. Gameplay

 

2.1. The use of 3rd party software/cheat engine which is designed to alter/cheat gameplay as it was not intended is strictly not allowed.

2.2. Any methods to abuse a bug existing within the game to provide yourself an advantage over others is not allowed.

2.3. It is an offence to assist a player that is using 3rd party software or cheats to abuse bugs.

2.4. It is not allowed to ask administration for any game advantages such as items, currencies etc.

2.5. Public discussions over a decision that a staff member has made is not allowed.

2.6. Any insults, threats, pleas etc. to the administration in game or out of game is not allowed.

2.7. It is not allowed to sell, trade accounts, items or any Pandawow services to a third party person for real money.

2.8. It is not allowed to advertise any 3rd party software or cheats.

2.9. The usage of Bots (like any cheating software) is not allowed.

2.10. It is not allowed to use characters or guild names which include text obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, racism and discrimination.

2.11. It is not allowed to use nicknames, similar to those used by staff members.

2.12. It is not allowed to mess around with another player's account.

2.13. Theft is not allowed (taking of another person's property without that person's permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it).

2.14. Fraud, deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, is not allowed.

2.15. It is not allowed to take any items from administration.

2.16. It is not allowed to interfere or disrupt the administration while they are doing their job.

2.17. It is not allowed to trade accounts or characters in any way.

2.18. Ninja looting is not allowed (If the raid leader and raid members entered into exact agreement on the distribution of loot in one public chat channels (such as the Looking for Group, World or Raid channel) before the start of the raid, we will abide by this agreement in the case of fraud or questionable distribution of loot).

 

3. Chat rules.

 

3.1. It is not allowed to advertise any other (World of Warcraft Private Servers) on any services Pandawow supply’s.

3.2. Swearing or using offensive language is not allowed.

3.3. It is not allowed to insult or threaten other players in any way (mail, whisper, chat etc.)

3.4. Spamming/Flooding chat is not allowed. (Spamming/Flooding is repeating the same phrase/sentence more than once in a period of 10 seconds).

3.5. Publicly criticizing or discussing a decision made by a staff member is forbidden.

3.6. It is not allowed to offer any services for real money.

3.7. It is not allowed to ask for/offer trading accounts.

3.8. Writing messages in capital letters and MeSsAgEs LiKe ThEsE are forbidden.

3.9. It is forbidden to insult relatives of players or use other provocative or mockingly messages about relatives.

 

We approve:

 

 

  • Courtesy, tolerance to administration and other players.
  • A clear formulation of the problems.
  • Usage of bug tracker.
  • Reading server rules and FAQs before asking questions.

 

 

We don't approve:

 

 

  • Intolerance, trolling, flame
  • Swearing, immature language.
  • Excessive grammar mistakes.
  • Asking game issues not related to the activity of the server administration.
  • Asking stupid questions, nonsense.
