How to create ticket:

 

Enter games main menu (Esc) choose Help. Go to section Open ticket, will appear new menu, click Open ticket.In the window that appears, you must write exactly the text that will be sent to the Administration.

How this works:

After you have created your ticket , the system message will appear in Administration chat. If the members of the Administration are online and aren't busy, they will immediately respond to you, if not, then within a day. Consider this, therefore, if you are not answered right away, urgent problems should be described on the forum or written in chat: most players can give answers to most of the questions, suggest how to solve your problem. If you get help before the administration answers you, do not forget to delete your ticket.

You can get an answer to the ticket either through a simple chat or in private messages. Or through the ticket system - the answer will be in the same place where you wrote the request itself.

 

Tips for writing tickets

 

  1. Tickets are communication with Administration. And you should contact the Administration of the server for questions that only Administration can solve.
    Questions "Which class is better: a priest or a rouge?", "Where to get this helm", etc. will be ignored and deleted, since all these questions can be answered by the players or on the forum in the game section. The administration is not engaged in assistance of mastering game content.
  2. Tickets must contain a question on a specific topic or a clear description of the problem with which you need help.
    Do not write: "GM are you here?", "Admin help me", "I have problem", "PM me.". The administration will not waste time asking you about your problem. Write everything that interests you immediately. The Moderators or Game Masters have full rights to simply close such a ticket or ask you to create a new ticket with all the necessary information.
  3. Sometimes help comes faster if you create thread on the forum.
    Do not think that if you have a serious problem and you need help right now, they will help you right now. Game Master can be busy with other work, helping another player, or completely be away from the game. Instead, there may be a moderator, and he can only give you advice. Moderators doesn't have access to help you somehow, they will not be able to pull you out of textures or resurrect, etc. Therefore, when you create ticket for help, expect that you may not get it "right here and now." In this case, it is better to create a thread in the forum.
  4. All complaints about players who violate rules of the server, are better written directly in the forum.
    The fact is that to punish the player, you will need to prove that he violated rules. Provide a screenshot or video. You can do this through in-game complaints, Game Master will review the evidence and punish, or the Chat Moderator will transfer your complaint to Game Master. But in all of this there is minus. When the one who has been punished writes an appeal, we will have to check out your evidence in order to present it to him, and not the fact that we can find it. Therefore, you are kindly requested not to complain about the player through requests, for this there are relevant sections on the forum - Report a player.
  5. Do not forget that the ticket system in the game was created only to solve serious questions or problems.
    Not for talking with Administration - you can do this on the forum. Not for jokes and trolling - we don’t have time for this. Complaints and dissatisfaction in any situations is better to write on the forum, this is a more convenient place for this.
  6. Give to Administration as much relevant information as possible.
    You should not assume that he remembers your problems and conversations that were yesterday, the day before yesterday, or a year ago. We have to communicate a lot with players and it is not physically possible to remember all the conversations. If you want to refer to past conversations - shortly write about them.
  7. You do not need to ask for a unban or for the removal of a mute through a ticket.
    To do this, there are topics for appeal in the sections of the violators. We do not consider such requests in tickets.

Rules for using ticket system

The ticket system can also be counted as a kind of "chat" for communication with the Administration. Therefore, it also has its own strict rules, for violation of which you will be punished.

  • Obscene speech, swearing - 30 - 240 minutes of mute.
  • Insulting any political elements (state, city, presidents, ministers, deputies etc.) - 300-720 minutes of mute.
  • Insulting Administration - 30 day ban.
