Solution : Can't view inventory/titles/items in Control Panel.

Why you can't view inventory/titles/items : Since HTTPS support has been added to the site. Browser blocks all requests to wowroad , because it is counted as unsafe script, so you cannot see any information about items until you enable these scripts.
