I have 2 trinket that disappeared

Hello, I am writing today to inform you of a bug that I had and that I would like you to repair.

There is less than 2 weeks I co a morning on my druid all go well then I got the same night and I saw that I did not have my 2 trinket my specialization feral. I want to inform you that I do not pretend my account so I do not see how it could have disappeared I would like to give them back please check on my druid his name ingame éliminatiøn.

Do you share an account with anybody and when you bought the items did the server go offline? I.E did a rollback happen?

Hello, I absolutely do not share my account so I do not understand the dissparition of my trinkets
