With Dash(70% speed) increase to 211% (I thing this is wrong too). But With Stampeding Roar(60% speed)increase to 160% (just give a 5% speed). How it must work: Stampeding Roar have to give at least 200% speed increased. I dont know the calculations. If its like speed base+60% or speed base * 1.6 (60%). Dash works fine: Dash & the Feline Swiftness talent DO stack = 196%.
