Illusions for solo q'rs 1800 and 2200 Current Rating

Hello, I think you should make it so the ppl playing solo q 3s, can use the Illusion enchant aswell as the other players. Then maybe alot more ppl are gonna play solo q's and makes the server more active, bbc yes ? i think so gogo

yeah sure making the illusions obtainable through 2.2k in soloq really makes it a playable bracket (no it doesn't)

I mean c'mon, this feature is usless, barely anyone has 2.2k in 3s to use it, let alone in soloq. This thing should be just for gold for anyone to use, as it was on the Retail. Otherwise this is a stupid special snowflake thingy that nobody has.
