There are numerous of cases when players sell characters, accounts and other services on various sites for real money, and after the transaction is completed, they contact the administration and report that they got hacked and try to restore the account and characters back.

Yes, they get banned if we receive information that they are trading accounts. But the buyer still loses, both the money (which the seller then spends on to unban and after that he just and lives on), and what he acquired, and as a result he remains with nothing.

 

 

DO NOT trade your accounts on third-party sites.

DO NOT trust account sellers for real money. It is more profitable for them to deceive you.

DO NOT ENTER ON ANY ACCOUNT THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU, NEVER so that you are not accused for hacking and fraud, even if you were simply offered to watch after characters or play with them. Especially if owner allows you to sell or spend bonuses on that account.

 

 

Remember!

• The owner can recover the account, and you will be left with nothing.
  
• Nobody will return you the money you spent on this process.
  
• The player who registered the account at any time can say that you are a hacker and he wants to recover the account to himself. Even if you play together on the same account for several years. In any case, you will be left with nothing, while he will walk away like a winner.
  
• Account ownership cannot be transferred. "I bought it and I am now the owner now", "they gave it to me and I am the owner now" - and so on. The account owner cannot be changed, it remains the one who registered it. If you get someone else's account, you do not become its owner.
  
• Everything that you invest in someone else’s account or character will not be returned to you.
  
• Your other accounts can also be banned if it is confirmed that you entered the player’s account, sold one of his characters or spent his bonuses and purchased something for yourself.
  
• The Bonuses you spent and bonuses you received for selling a character can be taken from your accounts in favor of the person who suffered. If you are not ready to return such amount of bonuses to that player, do not logon to his account and do not touch his bonuses so that you are not accused for this.
  

 

Play only on your accounts. Registering your own account is not long, not difficult, free (unlike what fraudsters offer you), and account owners can count on administration's support in case they lose access to their account, unlike buyers, “donors” and everyone else who logs into other accounts.

You can only sell characters through control account. Only characters which were purchased on control panel can be considered a fair transaction and can not be returned to the owner, even if a complaint is later registered, as long as you did not log into the seller’s account.

 

 

If you are accused of fraud

 

If something like this happened to you (you received an account or character from someone, and now you are considered a fraudster and got banned) - contact support, describe everything that happened to you, and attach screenshots as a proof that you reseived the following character or account username and password from account's owner and what exactly did he allow you to do on his account. If it is proved that you did not hack anything and did not sell anything against the rules that account's owner previously stated - you will not be banned.

You’ll naturally lose someone else’s account or character. But all your personal accounts will be unban and bonuses will not be withdrawn from them in favor of the owner who suffered loss.

 

If it gets proved that the characters or accounts were purchased in violation of the server’s rules for real or other currency that is not related to PandaWoW, we are not responsible for the loss of the buyer in this case and it's not our duty to help him recover or compensate anything. Characters purchased in this way will be taken away (from both the buyer and the seller) so that no one will have it, and this character will be placed for sale in control panel.
