I would like to report this two character of x100 because I want to know how can they fly without riding, because when my screen in the game had a buggy I took ban is they fly freely through the perennial island and Santuario.

 

One photo is from Inkanyamba

And the other one is from Fabiann

 

I want to know if they are better than anyone else in the game

cannot comply with the rules dictated by the administrators?

To answer your question, they are not better than anyone else in terms of "do they get special treatment to fly without a mount" no, they are ordinary players just like you are. Perhaps you witnessed a visual bug and did not see, I can not confirm that is a visual bug due to your screenshots being, too small and too blurry. I speak on behalf of Fabiann as I play with him 99% of the time, and he does not use any programme to fly without a mount and he does not get any special treatment to fly without a mount, he is just a moderator and only gets access to mute and unmute players, apart from this he is an ordinary player just as you are, you both get treated the same and all rules apply to both of you and everybody. Too add to this in the screenshot you provided about "Fabian" he is riding a mount and not flying in the air without one, so your claim or assumption about "does he get special treatment" can be dismissed and is irrelevant. However your 1st screenshot is debatable but no action will be taken due to nobody being able to view your images as they are to small and insufficient proof.

 

To add to your claim, if the person in the 1st screenshot was "hacking" he is now selling his character: https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=251501

Possibly to avoid a ban which is reason to believe he might have been "hacking" as you say.

Saying that with fabian can be a visual bug but when it is someone else is a hacker, and else Wuvius he is standing has no mount there so stop defending him because there are many people who can come here and report on 07/12/2019 about you!

As for fabian, I stick by my word and you can disregard your claim for "does he get special treatment" as you can see on the player buffs frame, he is on a flying mount which can be seen here, what you witnessed is a visual bug. > https://imgur.com/a/M76fH26 (Cant see it well because your image on Imgur doesn't allow to be zoomed in.)

On this screenshot you can clearly see his buffs, between the Arcane Intellect buff and the Mastery one, you can see the Frost Wyrm/Vanquisher mount(Not sure which one) Because they simply share the same icon.

I can't close this thread for the report is against me but I can assure you guys that this isn't valid proof, not to mention that of course I wasn't hacking. This thread isn't getting anywere.
