2. Description of the problem: Nitro Boosts stacks with other movement increasing effects. I see there is already a fix but it's not complete;

Rogue: https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108212/burst-of-speed + https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=54861/nitro-boosts

Rogues can stack speed effects if nitro boosts is activated first:

Monk: https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=116841/tigers-lust

Monks can use nitro boosts if tiger's lust is activated first:

Priest: https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=121536/angelic-feather

Priests can pick up feathers while under the effect of nitro boosts:

Paladin: https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=85499/speed-of-light

Paladins can stack speed effects:

3. How it must work: In patch 5.4.8 speed effects no longer stacked.

''Classes

?Resolved an issue where players were able to incorrectly stack multiple movement speed buffs.''

https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/news/13021019

"Patch 5.4.8 (2014-05-20): Burst of Speed can now be activated to remove movement-slowing effects even if another movement speed bonus such as [sprint] is already present (the speed bonuses will still not stack).''

https://wow.gamepedia.com/Burst_of_Speed

Rogue: timer 0:20, 1:40

Monk: timer - nitro boosts 2:59, tiger's lust 4:34; speed effects can't stack

Priests and other classes cannot pick up feathers while under the effect of a speed boost:

''It appears you cannot pickup a feather when you're under the effects of any speed boost except Angelic Feather.''

https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=121536/angelic-feather#comments Wowhead

Video: time 7:40 Anglic Feather on ground; time 7:45 the Hunter under the effect of nitro boosts cannot pick up the feather;

4. Tested a few days ago.

5. Tested on Fun/100x
