Taught my horde character mechano hog, then deleted him, rip me

Hey, I brain farted really, really bad. I got the Mechano hog key from the store on an alliance character thinking it would turn into the mekgineers key. It didnt. Then I thought "Wait a minute, if I mail it over to a horde char and learn it, I will have it on alliance." So I sent the key over to a horde char, learned the mount, logged out and deleted the char (seeing as it was only temporary to learn the mount). But seeing as mounts arent shared, that didnt happen either. And now I'm here, no hog, but I have the achievement. Is it possible to restore my char, remove the mechano hog from his mount collection and return the key so that I can send it back to the char I actually want it on? xD
