ice block glyph + spellsteal glyph combo

1 the problem is combo with 2 glyphs ice block and spellsteal

2 if i use block then after block i have a proc (3 sec immune to spells). While this 3 sec of immune if i decide to spellsteal someone to heal up, i cannot heal its immune to my healing

3 glyph of block must not make mages immune from spellsteal glyph

i find more bugs with this glyph - arcane stacks cannot recieve or reset when this glyph is proc ...

2.1. Во время действия https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115760 при взятом https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115713 https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=30449 при успешном срабатывании не хилит.

2.2. Во время дейсвтия https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115760 https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=30451 не добавляет 1 чародейский заряд (spell=114664) при попадании.

(хотя https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=5143 и https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=1449 добавляет без проблем)

3. Под проком глифа должен проходить хил от https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=115713 /должны набираться заряды при попадании https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=30451
