When you have a decent gap between you and your target when pyroblasting (travel-time) you can press 2-3 pyroblasts before your ignite is changed. Which causes your ignite to spike up high when running high mastery. The closer you get to your target the faster your pyroblasts HIT the target, so as shown in the video, he starts far away and by the time his first pyro hits the target he already threw 2 more pyroblasts to the dummy before the 1st even hit.
