problem with vote system

I want to report problem with vote system on site, i made a ticket in game and gm say me to post it here.I use vote for a months and months but last 30 days there is a problem... TOP100ARENA first start with some problems like when i click on vote page just stop working and when i can reach to next page i can vote but usualy i cant but last 10 days when i vote normaly and back on panda site it shows that i didnt vote at all and so that doesn't works i try it milion times in last month and MMVOTE is broken like i have to specify the name of my account and i have even VK account so i log on vk and i click then on site to vote and i choose my account name and which server too and vote and it says that i vote and i can vote again in 24 hours but when i go back on pandawow site i didnt vote at all... Thanks
