Koralon the flame watcher (vault of archavon boss) ability missing

Koralon the flame watcher, one of the bosses of vault of archavon raid, currently is not using his main ability, meteor fists, here's a wowhead link of it: https://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=66725/meteor-fists

 

More precisely, he usually casts this ability every 45 seconds and for 15 seconds he's supposed to deal heavy fire damage split among all nearby targets, but although he actually says he's using the ability, then he doesn't deal any fire damage with it while the ability is active and instead uses normal melee attacks.

 

I'm attaching a screenshot where the ability is active but he is only using melees.

 

Would it be possible to make this ability work, like on blizzard servers?
