Koralon the flame watcher issue

Hi, a boss of vault of archavon, the raid in wintergrasp fortress, koralon the flame watcher, is currently missing his main ability, meteor fists, which is supposed to make his melee attacks deal heavy fire damage split amongst all targets hit.

To be more precise, he actually says he is casting that ability, but then simply hits with melee attacks for the duration, instead of fire and for more damage.

 

This bug as far as I know always happened, at least for the last year; would it be possible to make him cast this ability, like it was on retail?
