Daily cooldown item creation bug

In all the professions like tailoring, leatherworking, alchemy and jewelcrafting etc there is a daily cooldown on creating some specific items like magnificient hide. There are two spells that should share cooldown for its creation, Magnificence of Leather and Magnificence of Scales. They do share cooldown, but if you relog your character, the cooldown is gone. Проверил. Кд не сбрасывается после релога. Так и не понял, что ещё должно быть на одном кд в других профессиях, вроде бы только Ювелирное дело с Гранью исследования.
