battlegrounds combat bug

1. combat bug inside battlegrounds with vehicles

2. when a player damages a vehicle of any kind, he remains in combat until the player or the vehicle dies even if he hasnt attacked it in 5minutes and is 1000meters away from the damaged vehicle

3. the player should leave combat mode after X seconds of not attacking anything, included not attacking vehicles

4. cross realm bgs with vehicles (https://www.wowhead.com/zone=4384/strand-of-the-ancients and https://www.wowhead.com/zone=4710/isle-of-conquest maps)

5. 8/10 is super annoying to remain in combat when you aren't attacking anything
