A Murder of Crows , No damage in stealth and also doesn't keep players in combat

1- A Murder of Crows 

2- The spell A Murder of Crows is a spell of hunters that damages players every 0.5 seconds and it's supposed to damage rogues , druids and every stealth based class in Shadowmeld , Vanish, Stealth etc. Also players can stand without combat in front of the hunter.

About combat, need some proofs. I didn't found any and i don't think that it should keep you/your target in combat.
