caroline0812 Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 Hi, i have a problem with my main character: -Belleneas (Bellen6B5B79) Today i did notice that x100 didn't exist anymore in the realm list. So i started transfering 'for free' my characters, but i noticed that my main character (Belleneas) was moved from x100 to FUN automatically. Why? Is there a way that i can transfer my character to x5? (This character was created under x100 realm) My account in game is: caroline0812 Thank you in advance Link to comment

Someone has to use the service otherwise if no one doesn't, the characters will be permanently deleted when the opportunity of moving to a new realm will close. We won't move automatically any characters. Someone logged at 2023-03-31 15:02:02 from Italy in control panel and made the transfer if it wasn't you, then someone else did it. If you share your account with third party people you should ask them, if not you should change immediately your password and email address to avoid such issues in the future but I am informing you that the action can not de undone now.
