This is not the opening of any particular raid, but of all the content that appeared in the game in any patch: quests, NPCs, items, toys, mounts, zones and spells. Therefore, when we talk about the opening of, for example, 5.1 content, we are talking not only about new scenarios, but also about all the quests and items that will appear in the game, and before this opening they will be completely unavailable.
