It's currently being removed from the database therefore it is impossible to transfer your characters now. Also, there is a chance they will enable this feature but probably after the realease of the new x100 realm. I am going to leave the thread opened for now and if the transfer system will be re-enabled I will inform you right here in the thread you created. Please be patient and remember that the new x100 realm opens at 28th of October therefore if I will have news it will be from that date and after.
