Game and Launcher crashing

i just installed the MOP version. 
neither the game or client is opening for me. i have 2 error messages

this one where i try to open the game itself.

and this one where i open the launcher. 

im also adding crashlog.txt as wished in the second error messagecrashlog.txtcrashlog.txtcrashlog.txt
