Intro to Pandaria questline bugged, Jade Forest stuck in battle phase

Hi, first time playing WoW with a friend, and I reached level 80 not long ago. I started the intro to pandaria questline, and got to the Finish Them! quest, given by general Nazgrim on the ground below the zeppelin, to kill 15 of the mobs on the castle. I was unable to kill any of them, so my friend and I went and leveled someplace else in pandaria. I returned at level 90 with timeless gear but apparently at one point I cancelled the quest and now Jade forest is stuck in battle, with general Nazgrim inside the castle but not giving any missions. It seems other missions in the area are bugged too, with questgivers disappearing when I get close, and probably various quest being unable to be taken according to what I could research.  Thank you for your help!

Hello. Try canceling all quests that are in your Quest Log.

Probably some quest has phasing and keeps the character in this phase, and because of this the quests are not visible.

At the same time, check here: Finish Them! which quests have been completed and which have not.

Fixed phasing for General Nazgrim, you can try to pick up Finish Them! again.
