Character fate on Perma banned accounts

I wonder, what happens to characters which are on accounts with perma ban and If is there any chance to buy that chars since account wont be unbanned in the future

We add them in website shop. We already did that in past, an example:

 

 

Administration putted the last wave of characters from confiscated and permanent banned accounts, like a year ago. Most likely, there will be a new wave of such characters available in shop in the future.
