-Ancestral Guidance:

Ancestral Guidance is a Shaman ability that converts 40% of your direct damage into healing for up to 3 injured allies within 40 yards.

This includes any direct damage you deal, meaning abilities like Stormstrike, Lava Lash, Fire Nova, and Feral Spirit’s melee damage also count.

For Ancestral Guidance   and its interaction with Fire Elemental and Feral Spirits, here's how the mechanics work, based on the design of Mists of Pandaria (5.4.8):

-Fire Elemental  :

Fire Elemental summons a pet that deals direct damage with its melee attacks and Fire Nova. As these are considered "direct damage" abilities, they are eligible for healing conversion under Ancestral Guidance.

-Feral Spirit :

Feral Spirits deal direct damage through their melee attacks. Additionally, if you have the Glyph of Feral Spirit, their Spirit Bite ability deals damage that also counts as "direct damage".

As with Fire Elemental, the direct damage from the wolves is converted into healing when Ancestral Guidance is active.

-Snapshotting:

Both Fire Elemental and Feral Spirits benefit from snapshotting in Mists of Pandaria. This means their damage is based on your stats at the time they are summoned. Using buffs like Ascendance, Stormlash Totem, and trinket procs before summoning your pets increases their overall damage, thus increasing the healing conversion when Ancestral Guidance is active.

Fire Elemental  :  You can see , that after using Ancestral Guidance , I got no heal from my pet melees attacks that was buffed with haste [ Pet copy main stats ] 

Feral Spirits  : Also here i get healing from the pets, but when i use Ancestral Guidance , the melees are not healing me.
