Question: How do I find out if there is a model in the collection?

Answer: Open collections, a page with the type of armor or weapons you want to find. Enter the name of the item in the collections search bar:

A model will open that corresponds to this item, even if the model is learned from another item and the item has a different name.

 

Question: I have an item in my inventory, and it says that I don't have such a model. But there is already such a model in the collections, but from a different item. How's that?

Answer: The tooltip indicates whether you have learned model from this particular item. And to find out if you have such a visual model at all, enter item's name in the search bar or press Ctrl+LMB on the item to view it in the dressing room. A list of items opens next to the dressing room. Hover over the item and an tooltip will show you, whether this model is in your collection or not.

 

Question: When viewed in the dressing room, all the items are shown in gray and when hovered over, an tooltip appears that I do not have such a model yet. But this can't be!

Answer: Open the collections window so that the information about the models you have is synchronized with the dressing room. And close it. That's all, now all the items worn and viewed in the dressing room will be correctly displayed and subscribed, whether you have such a model in your collection or not.
